Who I am

My passion for fitness came from my background in dance. I was a ballerina for fourteen years and after high school was over I looked into circus arts. I loved training but I was never as strong as the other students in those classes. This is when I decided to start lifting weights and eventually got into powerlifting. I’ve learned so much about strength and conditioning, physiology, and research through my major- Exercise Science and Health Promotion. I decided to write this blog to pass along some of the things I have learned and things I will learn in the future. Enjoy!
